That said, coloring is not the sole treatment for any mental health diagnosis; however, research suggests it could complement traditional therapy. Not to mention, it’s also a convenient stress relief activity.
A Little About My Plan
I first dipped my toes in children’s coloring books a few years ago, which were coloring cookbooks. My daughter was my biggest inspiration for creating those books. After making a few different versions, I decided to try adult-themed coloring books, and now I can’t stop.
My ultimate goal is to keep making more. Although I currently only have one teacher coloring book available, I plan to make a part two in the future. There are endless opportunities to show our beloved teachers our appreciation for them (with many laughs included). Since teaching is a stressful and underappreciated profession, I decided to prioritize a teacher appreciation coloring book full of relatable humor.
With Edgar’s help, I also plan to create a Latin-American Spanish version. I currently have Spanish mother and nurse coloring books available. They take a little longer since I need Edgar’s help translating. I prefer to avoid making them sound like AI-generated coloring books, even if it takes a little longer.

Please note that my coloring books don’t use much colorful language. There are a couple in some of my books; however, my intent is not to be offensive. Personally, I never found that very funny. Plus, that is what everyone does in the adult quotes coloring book world, and I like being a little different!
